I'm looking forward to trying this one. I have just recently taken up cooking in a dutch oven and love it. Cuts down on cleaning and I don't wait 'til I'm camping to whip out the cast iron pot. I've recently discovered that my little 4 quart dutch oven is great for cooking roasts while at a campsite that I expected to be able to have a fire at. I made a container of foil, got out the ring and sat the foil on that inside the pot to keep it off direct heat. I put the roast in the foil and put the little gas camp stove on a low to medium for about 1 hr and the roast turned out perfect. Awesome.
